dailywin collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with Philippine regulatory requirements — including PAGCOR and AMLA obligations.
All data transmitted to and from dailywin is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Payment data (GCash, Maya, BPI account details) is tokenised and never stored on dailywin servers in plain form.

dailywin operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at dailywin.biz. For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA") and its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), dailywin acts as the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data of all registered Players and website visitors.

Some of dailywin's service providers — particularly game software studios and cloud infrastructure providers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not offer a level of data protection equivalent to the DPA, dailywin implements appropriate safeguards, including contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with Philippine law.
dailywin retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such additional periods as are required by law or legitimate business necessity. Specifically:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with NPC-approved disposal procedures.
dailywin implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; encryption of sensitive data at rest; tokenisation of all payment credentials; two-factor authentication options for account login; strict access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis; regular third-party security audits and penetration testing; and an incident response plan aligned with DPA breach notification requirements.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected Players, dailywin will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

dailywin strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21 years. The Platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, persons under 21. If dailywin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without verified parental or guardian consent — and in any event in breach of PAGCOR age requirements — such data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed.

dailywin reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or in-platform alert at least fourteen (14) days before the revised Policy takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the dailywin platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
