1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "dailywin", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at dailywin.biz and all related services, applications, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the dailywin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the dailywin registration process.
• "Funds" or "Wallet Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) credit held within a Player's dailywin account, encompassing deposited amounts, credited winnings, and any applicable bonus balances.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, bingo, fishing games, crash games, and any other gaming content made available on the dailywin platform from time to time.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures required under applicable Philippine regulations, including submission of government-issued identification and supplementary documentation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dailywin website, completing the registration process, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the dailywin Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions ("Supplementary Rules"). These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and dailywin.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the dailywin platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. dailywin will notify registered Players of material changes via the registered email address or in-platform notification.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a dailywin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling activities in the Philippines. Proof of age will be required during the KYC process.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay. dailywin does not knowingly offer its services to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of dailywin or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You do not hold an existing dailywin account, whether active, suspended, or self-excluded.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any regulated Philippine gaming operator.

Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the dailywin platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether each account was opened using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, dailywin reserves the right to merge or close such accounts, void any pending or completed transactions associated with the duplicate account, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform without compensation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your dailywin account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — confidential and must not share them with any third party. dailywin will never ask you for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the dailywin support team immediately at [email protected] (contact details displayed as plain text; do not click). dailywin will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

dailywin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dailywin platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. dailywin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. For withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in aggregate within a calendar month, enhanced due diligence documentation may be required.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the dailywin platform at the time of the request. Typical GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes during operating hours; bank transfers typically process within 30–60 minutes.
• dailywin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or receipt of any regulatory instruction.
• Only the payment method used for deposit may be used for corresponding withdrawal requests, where technically possible. This policy is implemented for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dailywin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable Supplementary Rules for that promotion.

General bonus conditions include: bonuses may not be converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement; multiple accounts claiming the same promotion are prohibited; dailywin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice; and bonuses credited in error will be voided.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the dailywin platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing procedures. Game outcomes are independently audited and cannot be manipulated by dailywin or by any Player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information section of the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, dailywin reserves the right to void affected bets. No compensation will be offered for malfunction scenarios beyond the return of the original stake amount. Game results that are the product of software errors, connectivity failures, or manifest error shall be considered void.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dailywin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to play games or place bets.
• Collusion or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after winnings have been generated.
• Registration on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Any form of abuse of daily win promotional systems, including exploitation of system errors or unintended bonus mechanics.

9. Responsible Gaming

dailywin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools, accessible from within your dailywin account settings, include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission and will prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform for the duration specified. Self-exclusion is final for the chosen period and cannot be reversed at the Player's request during the exclusion window. By applying for self-exclusion, you acknowledge that dailywin will take reasonable technical steps to prevent your access but cannot guarantee prevention of access via all possible technical means.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dailywin platform — including but not limited to the dailywin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of dailywin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of dailywin content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dailywin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or financial loss resulting from reliance on information contained on the dailywin website.

dailywin's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the dailywin Customer Support team for good-faith resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For regulatory complaints, Players may also escalate to PAGCOR through its official complaints process. dailywin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or instruction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. dailywin's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
